OUR DESIGN PROCESS
We are committed to providing each and every one of our clients with an exceptional level of service, during what we have labeled, our branded Design Experience. To complete this in-depth process and begin handcrafting and layering each of the elements for you upcoming event from the ground up, we suggest Full Service clients provide at least 3 months for small scale events and between 6 months and 1 year for large scale societal affairs.

OUR FULL SERVICE EXPERIENCE

30 Minutes - Phone
Our Primary Design Consultation for À La Carte and Full Service clients provides an opportunity to meet our Creative Team, share ideas and inspiration, ask questions, and learn about our levels of service, signature aesthetic and what can be expected from our design services. By the close of the consultation, an account within our Client Portal will be provided, along with an outline estimate and opportunity to reserve our services for your event date.

1 Hour - Google Hangout
Our Secondary Design Consultation for À La Carte and Full Service clients provides an opportunity to work closely with our Creative Team to discuss the overall style, color palette, finishes, timeline and layout. By the close of the consultation, a completed Design Proposal will be provided for À La Carte clients, while a drafted Design Proposal and opportunity to schedule a Field Consultation will be provided for Full-Service clients.

1.5 Hours - Venue
Our Field Consultation for Full Service clients provides an opportunity to continue working closely with our Creative Team to confirm timelines, logistics, share select samples for viewing within the space, and to gather necessary details to complete Delivery, Installation, Flip and Removal. By the close of the consultation, an updated Design Proposal and opportunity to schedule a Tertiary Design Consultation will be provided.

1 Hour - Google Hangout
Our Tertiary Design Consultation provides an opportunity to continue working closely with our Creative Team to finalize the overall style, color palette, finishes, timeline and layout. Providing closure to the planning process, by the close of the consultation, a completed Design Proposal will be provided, final payment will be made, and our Creative Team will remain available to address any remaining questions or updates.
